A new training opportunity
At AAPA LATAM we keep expanding training opportunities for our members, convinced that the development of our ports also depends on strengthening the skills, knowledge and vision of those called to lead their transformation.
That is why we are pleased to announce our alliance with the International Institute of Ports and Cities (IIPC) to give our members access to its specialized Spanish-language program: “Sustainability of Port Cities”.
Built around the 10 commitments of the 2030 Agenda
The program is structured around the 10 commitments of the 2030 Agenda, namely:
It was first delivered in 2022 in French and in Spanish in 2023. More than 80 professionals from port cities have been trained since then.
The quality of the program and its speakers, as well as the dynamics of the courses, were highlighted by all participants in the feedback surveys we conducted.
Duration and format
- The program lasts 58.5 hours, spread across 5 courses or modules.
- The Spanish-language classes take place on Wednesdays and Fridays, from 4:00 to 5:30 pm (mainland France time), via Microsoft Teams.
