As part of its commitment to strengthening institutional capabilities and adopting international standards, AAPA LATAM will develop a specialized training seminar for the Superintendence of Transport and its Ports Delegation, in the context of Colombia's strategic port-system transformation.

The session will focus on the critical axes that currently define port competitiveness: legal and regulatory stability, environmental and economic sustainability, port-city relations under Agenda 2030, and supply-chain security enabled by technology and data analytics.

Juan Duarte

Executive President - AAPA LATAM

He will address the strategic framework for environmental, economic, and institutional preparedness facing Colombia's port system, with emphasis on managing regulatory and contractual milestones, compliance with international sustainability standards, digitalization as a supervision and control tool, and the role of public-private collaboration in strengthening port competitiveness.

José Manuel Pagés

Agenda 2030 Director - AIVP

He will present a technical vision of the port-city relationship and its alignment with Agenda 2030, highlighting international best practices that integrate port operations with sustainable urban development. His intervention will focus on governance models, sustainability indicators, and strategies to turn the port-city relationship into a key competitiveness and operational continuity factor.

Manuel Zamudio

Consultant specialized in logistics and supply-chain security

He will analyze security and technology challenges and solutions applied to supply chains, focusing on risk-management models (SCRM), logistics security systems, predictive analytics, end-to-end traceability, and academia's role as a strategic ally for port planning and real-time asset supervision.
